At very low speeds <30mph typically, i notice a shudder when lightly accelerating until the transmission finally shifts down a gear. The manager said that the old fluid allowed the torque converter to slip causing the shutter. Since then I haven't felt any shudder granted I've driven just over 500 miles since the repair.
