I've done the reset from the soundblaster command software. I've kept pushed Mic and Mode buttons until all leds blinked red to force the hard reset. I've tested it on several PCs. Audio works, Line in works. But Mic does not work. Of course I've tried with many mics that work perfectly on other devices, but not on this X3 now.
