Based off of personal experience you just need to delete the unlocker then re-download it…your computer probably deleted the file. Once it’s re-downloaded make sure that that version.dll file is in the ea_desktop folder within the dlc unlocker file. had the same problem and fixed it, i completely uninstalled and reinstalled the dlc unlcoker ...My repack adds dlc-toggler.exe to the installation folder which can be used to toggle the DLCs. But you need to run it through Wine too. ... Go to drive_c > program files > the sims 4 > game > bin > anadius.cfg and remove the bracket for GP04.
