He was born Aug. 12, 1955, in Kinsley, Kan., the son of Joseph Nicholas and Neta Mae (Kornmeyer) Noel. The family came to Douglas in 1968, where he finished his education. He graduated from Douglas High School in 1973.Dawn has made her home in Douglas for the past 17 years, with her loving husband, Russell Wright. They worked together at the Douglas Budget. She loved the mountains and outdoor activities. Dawn worked tirelessly to help others. She inspired others by example, and never turned down an opportunity to help someone in need.In Memoriam.
