I slightly prefer FTIHX to FZILX because the former provides (minimal) small-cap exposure that the latter does not. In tax-advantaged accounts (roth, 401k, hsa, etc) then FZROX & FZILX is a great deal, as taxes are non-existent until you decide to withdraw, and then they might be a thing. In a taxable account FZROX/FZILX is a bad idea, imho.
