Want to keep this one pretty simple. As of right now it's 100% stock with the 18.5" barrel. Thinking it might make sense to have a light on it and some extra shells.

Tim, Remington's website shows exactly 1/2 lb. difference between the two - that's actually quite a bit, in my opinion, just for the occasional 3-1/2" capability. Used 870's are definitely the way to go.
