I know the flooding was bad (in the north) but I was abroad at the time so I can't be sure just how bad it was. We don't seem to be getting any answers as to how bad the flooding was/how deep etc. We just know it was the ground floor and garden.

Stafford has expanded rapidly over the last 20 years (as has everywhere) and has its problems. Transport through town and into town is slow at peak times and roads get gridlocked.
