To remove the drip tray on a Primo water dispenser, first, lift up the dispenser's water tank. Then, locate the tabs on either side of the drip tray and push them in. While holding the tabs, pull the drip tray towards you to release it from the dispenser. Finally, lift the drip tray out and empty any collected water.
