I've got all other emulators listing them, but havent set up rpcs3 yet, and didnt get them showing in yuzu. So I'm afraid, I'm not too much help here.. :) Yuzu did take the sdcard path though, that is - it does when rommanager makes the Steam shortcuts with the command line, that feeds yuzu the individual rom path for a game.
