If you got deactivated for a BS reason I could see that happening but if you were stealing tvs and xbox's probably not. Another option is to go to whatever store you've delivered from the most and asking the OGP manager for some help in reactivating you, hopefully they remember your name for good reasons and weren't the reason you were deactivated.
