Been noticing for a few years that the quad will stall randomly when slow riding in trails (hauling wood). Eventually I noticed the battery wouldn't keep full charge and would just hover around 12.5 to 12.8. The rear brake foot pedal and the rear hand brake eventually connect to two cables that terminate just above the rear axle. The arm or lever or whatever that these two cables connect to seems to be stuck in the forward position (thus locking the brakes). I soaked it in WD40. Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring. I opened my clutch basket, and a little piece of a gear fell out. A friend helped me strip the motor down, and ended up changing 4th gear (that's where the piece was from) and I believe third gear drive.

The mount is the same on all Vinson's and the Vinson plow mount even fits my 2021 King Quad 750 (oil drain plug holes dont line up).
