A gallon of base will cover the inside and outside of a bug just fine. I would recomend using the correct color or shade of grey the paint mfg. suggests under the base for better coverage. You dont need 3 coats of clear on the inside and bottom sides of your panels if your using a high solid clear. 3 on the outside is great.2. The bug is lighter at the front and heavier at the rear, so the front pressure MUST be lower than the rear pressure, or the front will bounce all over the place. 3. So the tyre pressure recommendations are as Tim says above - around 18 psi front and 28-29 rear.
