I have been calling the usps customer service for four years for a cetain matter and here are my observation : 1) The average hold time is never less than one hour. 2) The staff at customer service is racist, unprofessional, clueless, and rude. 3) I have no idea who hires the usps staff.I don't know why they list a phone number if no one answers the phone.
