I had promised my two sons that we would ride a steam locomotive over the summer. My youngest (age 7) loves trains! Unfortunately, that didn't pan out. But, I saw Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad on the internet and decided that we could wake up early on a Saturday and drive. It was well worth it! The smell of train, alone, was worth the price.
