@1 - JMan doesn't have any of the talents that Maestro has (or the strength/power) to really make doing active on him worth your while. Once you get Maestro for your JMan, things change, but still depend quite a bit on how strong you can get so you can reliably kill crystals for the Crystal Countdown (tab 3) talent.
