Feb 13, 2012 · Ok so Saturday I'm gettin ready to leave work, had moved the truck around to the wash bay, cleaned it up, brought it inside to do detailing on it. get done with that, start it and throws CEL and defaulted to max rail pressure. cleared codes in the truck, light instantly came back on. checked the fault codes and found the only code was p0090 for fuel pressure control circuit. 07.5 duramax lmm. I have major issues. Reduced power with P0090 code. I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator twice. I have checked all the wiring. And I have tried a different ecm. Still all the same. The dpf and egr are deleted. I purchased a programmer and program. You can also open the bleeder screw -- to let any air out. It is a black PLASTIC screw next to the primer pump. Be caredul tightening it back up --it can break.
