Fuse box for 2008 chevy cobalt.
I have a 10 amp fuse that doesn’t seem to want to stay stationary, it wiggles and it is the engine valve solenoid. I had replaced this fuse box already because it had done that the last time so I found it odd this one did it as well... but car had run since then anyways. Same with the steering wheel.

Left my 2nd destination and car shut off at 40 mph or so. I coasted and tried to restart. Nothing happened. No click, nothing from starter. All acessories work tho. Took to mechanic. Obd2 port gets power but pcm isn't showing up on his scanner. There also is no power going to pcm fuse.
