The craziness comes with the DLC’s which add lots of gear and some end game mobs. That being said, Shaman with Wendigo Totem is potent. It damages in an area and heals you when it does. Shaman + Soldier gives you lots of tankiness and very solid dps. It may not be the strongest, but it’s among the easiest to run. Assuming we are talking fully geared, my vote goes to poison witch hunter (insane dot stacks), blademaster (even with the latest targeted nerfs, still a top 3 build) and callidor's sorc abusing agrivix, devastation and SotH procs.
