Given the bike (if standard) is set up, mapped etc to run on 95/90 unless you make significant mods there is no need and no point in using higher.

Some people say to go with fully synthetic ones, some say motul and some say fully synthetic will slide your clutch. Im confused.

It's the same for my bike and I usually stop a little short of that, about 15ish as apiazza mentioned. The oil filter should be 2 full turns from base contact. You need a tool to do this.
