I own a CZ712 Utility, and have shot a 1012. Excellent shotguns for the $$. The 712 is gas operated, the 1012 is recoil operated. The ONLY issue I have had with the 712 is it doesn’t like light loads under 1150fps. Everything above that is flawless.
