It’s actually the only rapier in the game that naturally scales better with strength if I recall correctly. It's pretty good but the damage might start to get lackluster, and I think it's more suited to PvP. Estoc, on the other hand, sacrifices outright damage for speed, 2 types of attack and better crits. I like both equally, and would be happy to drop one now so I can focus on the other.
