Ffxiv lagging.

Hi! I've had this problem the last few weeks where about 10-20 minutes inside the game, my GPU usage drops to 0-10 rendering the game unplayable as my fps drops to 0-10 with it. I have had NO trouble in the past playing this game at all, but ever since I have came back to the game about 2 weeks...My computer runs FFXIV fine until I load ACT, then the game will occasionally stutter/lag for a brief second then go back to normal. This includes the sound skipping. I'm running the latest version of ACT and Kagerou on a 3930k and a 980 TI on Windows 10. I've tried overclocking my CPU from 3.2 to 4.25 GHz and this didn't change anything.A packet loss occurs when the packet data generated from your gaming hardware or the response packet data from the FFXIV server is lost on the internet path. …So im stuck on that quest since im not able to heal people without casting Cure like 7 times. Fixed it, Go into computer sound settings and change default audio device. Im using Arctis 7 Steelseries headset and it was set to Chat instead of Game. Once i changed that everything went back to normal, no audio distortions and im in dx11. For me I only get lag/audio stuttering when I'm in EW raids and dungeons.
