Red Ethernet light on ONT. I recently bought the AX11000 by Archer/TP-link. After following setup my modem completely lost internet connection. I called frontier cs, they told me to reset the router and modem, then they instructed me to unplug the ONT in order to read my ONT codes. My modem has a red globe and the ONT has a red Ethernet light.
So the back of the router all have the LED indicators for all the ethernet slots, and if I recall correctly on my old Quantum router, they will stay on and blinks everything is working correctly.
