Currently it's been sitting in a very low interest savings account in my bank. I was going to move it to my Vanguard tax-exempt money market account (VMSXX) which is at 1.63%, which is a tax equivalent yield of 2.5% (if I'm calculating that right). They do have an ER of 0.15% though. A high yield savings account with Ally is at 2.2%.
