Dec 23, 2021 at 1:17 PM. My first ultrasound was around 5 weeks and they said the gestational was irregular and had me do a follow up ultrasound 2 weeks later. The tech I had at my second one said that it was likely just from the angle they were looking at. Some angles it was shaped funny and others you could tell it was perfectly normal.
