Eleonora's because it looks the best. Powestancing Twinblades is amazing, the L1 Jump attack does multiple hits and can inflict bleeding nearly instantly. Plus, the Bloodblade Dance skill is fantastic. I right hand Eleanora's, and left hand a +25 Twinblade that does 134 bleed.
Looks like they count Eleonora's Poleblade as an S-tier arcane weapon... and I honestly don't see why. It felt pretty underwhelming due to its low damage output and blood buildup(it has like 57 buildup on +6 while godskin poleblade+7 is 87). Its weapon art is decent and good at staggering but too slow IMO. Kind of fucks Dex/Arcane builds. Funnily enough, even with broken scaling that sword got my through the hardest fight in the game. Was worth much if things couldn't bleed though. This is why I think the no scaling is intentional. Both are be Blood flame weapons that mention being cursed in the description.
