The TDS says should take 1-1.5 hours @ 68°F. I'm now over 2.5 hours, and it's still a little tacky (can leave a finger print, but finger comes away clean). Has been at that stage for about an hour and a half now, although it is getting noticeably less sticky as time goes by.

Ditto on Tyrodtom's comments. Base coat/clear coat is superior to single stage paints in most ways. The harsh chemicals are found in all paints and regardless of paint system you will need to buy a charcoal mask when spraying any paint ( about $40.00 for the mask). All paint vendors sell several quality lines of paint.
