If you re-schedule before 30 (or 31?) days of your scheduled date then you can change the date for free, if it's later than it's $50, and then there is an increased fee if you change within 5 days time (and I think if you change/cancel then you also have to call Prometric and pay the fee on the phone)- the fee then depends on your testing region.
