Some of the older xDM OSP models have threaded barrels and suppressor height sights. I have one in 10mm. Only the 9mm xDM OSP Elite has a threaded barrel option. Razco says it doesn't fit the factory iron sights in the drop down for the bino harness holster. It won't fit properly, thus the need for the conversion barrel.

XD and XDm slides are notorious for tight sights. Now that you have it out, no don't file dovetail, always fit sight to gun. File sight just a bit at a time until fits right. XD9 service, XDe9. I have had the xdm for nearly 2 years and the Sig since May. At the range today, after firing the last round in the mag, the slide wouldn't lock back. Occasionally it would, but it usually wouldn't. This was on both guns! This hasn't happened with either gun until today.I have a Storm Lake drop in 9mm barrel for my xdm 40 4.5". Just remember, the stock spring is an 18lb made for .40 ammo. You can shoot the basic 115 grain for 9mm but be prepared for it to jam every so often. I use 124 grain minimum to stay away from jamming. I would suggest buying a 14lb spring to shoot 115 grain.
