I'm somewhat familiar with making smartphrases and smartlists in Epic. Ideally, I'd like to combine the two, and have a "master" smartphrase that lets me choose "sub"-smartlises and smartphrases via a menu system. Example: a PCP is encountering a wrist fracture, and wondering how to initially manage it.

Things like smart phrases, lists, or other things we are doing to make our lives easier as we navigate these often complex charting systems. I want this to be a spot for people to ask questions and hopefully get some answers. It's nice to wrench in the critical care flowsheet for your tubed and sedated pts. Also there's a way to get a box with Required ED documents that vary by facility. And the "Favorites" box is super useful for things like "provider notification".
