Could be older def in the tank setting off the quality sensor. Could be crystallization on the def injector. I'd drain the tank, top off with some fresh and see what happens. Then move on to pulling the def injector and see if it's crusty. For the age of that truck and low miles, I'm banking on aged def causing the light.
