If you're using a device, try going to the website and see whether that works. If it works, the problem is not with Prime and you'd have to troubleshoot the devices themselves. So I compared the Password Setting to the modem label. Label has one capital letter and the wifi password shown in the System Control Center does not. It must be a misprint.

Did you change it from the password that's on a sticker on the back of the modem? Rebooting the modem would not have affected it either way. Not sure if the mods here can reset your password to the factory one, but it's worth a try. @Liz , @Remy , @Damian.

Unfortunately it’s still not working. All the lights on the modem are working, but i can’t connect to the system control center via direct plug in or wifi.

I reinstalled the control center but that just removed the icon and now I can't seem to find the actual app. In the driver folder there's only the setup application (which I have done many times already) but not the control center itself. Anyway, I now have internet connectivity but I'm unable to get to the system control center at 192.168.0.1 from any device on our network (I was using two different Android devices with Dolphin browser). I can, however, get to the wifi settings page at 192.168.42.1. If I do connect to the built in wifi I can access the control center.
