Don't know when I'll attempt the tear down. At the moment, just replaced the fuse box, installing second battery w/isolator. Installed front hitch plate and winch.I had to trim about 1/2" off the shaft, slid the adapter on, put the clutch on, and torqued it down. Works Great. I'd recommend getting a steel one. The clutches tend to bite into the aluminum ones a bit, and if you have to remove it, you'll end up dragging the adapter all the way off the shaft rather than the clutch separating from it. 2. 200mph.

6x4 drive clutch replacement rollers. I'm rebuilding my AM140986 drive clutch and the rollers had flat spots. If you order the Comet clutch wide roller kit, part number 214920A, you will get new rollers and washers/shims that work on the Gator clutch.
