I agree that the WiFi could be the issue as there is evidence to support that if the TV for some reason lose the connection to the WiFi it will not automatically reconnect until it is manually powered on.If your Magic Remote fails to pair with your LG TV you can disconnect and reconnect the remote from the TV by doing the following: 1.
