I had one done Monday and I was only 1cm dilated. I was super crampy that afternoon and thought I was having contractions but went away. Started having brown tinted discharge yesterday morning then lost my mucous plug last night and it was streaked with brown blood. However my midwife said that Monday was out of the time frame of the sweep causing all that action so it was just my body doing its thing.
