The AR wasn't significantly different, though I'm aware of the HSGS's bonus to hollows, not everything is hollow. The weight difference and swing speed was also unpleasant after using a fast weapon for so long.

It is more of a dex weapon than str. But blessed works well too. If you want to use in as a main weapon i would change the stats to meet str req and put the rest in dex. Afterwards infuse it with blessed or lightning, dependend what is better. Keep in mind that blessed would have a passive heal effect. r/darksouls3.
