For my futures trading I use AMP (USA) because they have a variety of platforms and data feeds to meet anyone's needs.10-26-2023. In a combine using the Tradovate platform. Was building a position with 2 lots on the ESZ3. Was in profit, waited for an opportunity to add another lot, added the 3rd lot and... the platform freezes, soon after my charts are blank in TSTrader, then the entire platform goes blank, then Tradovate/TSTrader crashes. Service goes out multiple times per month. Currently cannot access my account for almost an hour with multiple trades open.. The fees and margins are cheap but so is the company. Look elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with tradovate. Now their platform is unreliable, often freezing at crucial trading moments, leading to unnecessary losses. Customer service is a nightmare - unresponsive and unhelpful, making a stressful situation even worse. I've switched to FXmp for a more stable and supportive experience.
