I've also got this problem, with the Satori and the Overwatch both. I don't know if any of my other equipment is suffering from this issue, because those are the only two that (so far) I've upgraded and had this happen to. Both are epic quality, and both disappear from my upgrade menu once I reach a certain point.

I've been running into weird glitches, the most persistent is they my character preview in the inventory screen is stuck on a particular outfit from early in the game. No matter what I change out, it stays the same. Even if I close the inventory and open it again. My character model is just stuck. So janky!
