While Rocket has said that Dayz should be easily ported to the RV4 Engine. He has said nothing about when its Standalone that it def. would be the RV4 engine. If you wanted, the closest you could come is buying a server, putting a password lock and then you could be good. Not really. There was an attempt in the beginning, but the og epoch was a lot of unlocking assets already in arma2. Dayzsa just doesn't have all that.
