For a Frenzy incant build it's better to cast with Erdtree Seal with Faith at 80 and offhand Frenzy Flame Seal than to dual wield Frenzy Flame Seal up until pretty high stats/lvl (~175+ depending) Dual FFS starts to pull ahead at a hefty stat spread, around 30 STR/40 DEX/30 INT/45 FTH which soaks up a lot of stat points that could be going to VIG/MND/END. At 120 stamina you can swing a heavyish weapon like a halberd 5 times in a row and still have enough stamina to roll out. Imo the best str build would look like this. 60 vig, 54 str. enough endurance for 106 poise armor with bullgoat talisman, usually around 20ish but its load out specific.
