Our biggest issue is that users get the orange “blocked” screen all the time. It’s not really a blocked screen so much as it says it couldn’t connect. Our students get this all day long once we got updated to 1.4 of the agent. The 1.5 version isn’t installing over top of 1.4 and leaves some machines unable to connect at all.
