Issues with pontiac g6.

My 2009 pontiac g6 2.4l 4 speed automatic is having major issues when I press the gas pedal. 1- hesitates to accelerate one the gas pedal is pressed down. 3- misfire code popes up and cleared. 7 - Rpms won't go over 4500. 8- I got GM to scan it and it said number 3 spark plug and number 3 injector. I have not yet replaced the coils.06 G6 roughly 140k on it has ZERO HEAT. Things I checked: Coolant level is correct. There is no overheating issues and temp gauge reads normal. (not thermostat) Both the hoses running into the vehicle for the heater core are hot to the touch.
