1998 Vulcan 1500 won't start. This thing is driving me crazy. With the key on I have full running lights but when I hit the start all I get is a clicking from the starter relay (solenoid). The battery is new and charged, I get a full 12+ volts on the multi meter. I get the same reading when I put the neg lead on the battery post or on the frame ...

But stuff like the way the rear brakes connect, or the way the regulator (the thing under the radiator) is bolted to the frame. A few things here, a few things there.
