The stock doesn't utilize the factory folding mechanism. Instead, it has its own mechanism folding to the right, and doesn't interfere with the charging handle (unless you decide to use a cheek riser) The stock fits all the folding stock AK rifles with 5.5 mm pin, including KP-9 and KR-9. Some minor fitting may be required.

Kalashnikov USA told me that any wood furniture that wasn't theirs wouldn't fit, but this took very minimal fitting to a set of hungarian hand guards. Looks phenomenally better than the stock plastic. And unfortunately I couldn't find any model around me that didn't have the 16in barrel.
