In the middle of a cook today it loss connection and has refused to come back up. It’s showing connected but when I click into my grill it shows no information.

I had the same issue on the android app. Had my wife download the pitboss app on her iPhone and she was able to get the grill to connect to WiFi. Now it works on my android. Seems to be some bugs with the android app, such as notifications not working. So you don't get notified when the grill hits temp or when your meat hits temp.
