Dec 17, 2020 · New 570 FS steering problem. Just bought a ‘21 570 Full Size Ranger. My buddy came over and noticed a problem with the steering rack and I am asking any of you with a new Ranger to see if y’all have the same problem. You may not know it. Look under the hood where your steering shaft connects to the rack and pinion.I am experiencing two consistent gear malfunction issues with my new 2020 Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000. The first malfunction issue is that it fairly consistently gets stuck in gear for no apparent reason: On flat, even terrain it will inexplicably get stuck in High, Low or Reverse and even move slowly forward or back on its own with no throttle ...I have a 2011 ranger diesel with the yammer. Guaranteed the garbage plastic sprague that holds the rollers in to engage the 4wd is either broken or cracked. You won’t be able to tell if it’s cracked until you pull the sprague and squeeze it to see they are detached. You couldn't tell, it seemed like it was shut normal.
