Right now, the ability does 3 things: sends REX flying backwards when airborne, pushes enemies back and weakens them. I suggest re-kitting REX to utilize this more effectively. The Weaken effect should stack, up to X amount of times, being applied every time the enemy is hit by the 3rd projectile from his Left-Click or a tick from the R ability.

On rex it's even worse because you can get a hell of a lot more regen then corpsebloom would allow you to heal. I believe it reduces the cap from 10% to 5%. Lifebloom is the only way to increase it. Basically, it could be useful with aegis / maybe some other fringe scenarios, but overall hurts you.
