Try 70 or 75 out and 85 in. 70 or 75 means that when your RB's stamina hits 75 he'll go to the bench and when his stamina builds back up to 85 he'll get subbed back in. There are a couple solutions.

Average is 2.5-3 seconds every play! Those numbers are identical to that! Run blocking is also perfect. The normal run blocking in the game as default is by far the worst thing maddens put into the game. Anything over 15, players using these slider even myself are running for an average of 150 yards a game!
Auto-Subs have always been a problem. I have had to resort to using formation subs to alternate my RBs. Assigning certain RBs to certain formations that best suit their skill sets seem like the best way to do it until they get auto-subs fixed. Anything above 85 and the starter wont return. Though I have given up on 20, I used to play this way a lot. The only sliders that need to be changed are the xp sliders. I usually leave auto sub at default as those are unnecessary to change in my opinion. The normal sliders are gameplay sliders and do not affect simulated games as in advancing to the next week.
