No one has made reshade for Mac. I use Luumia's noglo and noblu, but my caveat is that I use an iMac that can run the highest settings without burping. If your MacBook can't handle ultra-high (or whatever the highest setting is called) it will CHUG using lighting mods. I just found out about reshading the Sims 4.
