Tried it on a test drive and it all works great, even 4LO. Thanks for the help guys, and hopefully everyone doesn't give up on that transfer case actuator just because Toyota's service manual does. That ended up costing me around $4 for a new o-ring instead of $500+ for a salvage transfer case plus installation or $2500+ for a new actuator.
